Q. Why aren't all of your products on your website?
A. London Bridge Trading Company manufactures over 2000 products and carries over 300 retail items. At this time our website features only the items that are in the highest demand.

Q. Does LBT make custom products?
A. LBT offers and extensive product selection, but if you are unable to find exactly what you're looking for, we offer custom design services to meet your specific needs. Generally speaking, this will only be considered for large orders when the quantity desired is significant enough to offset the cost of labor and materials to complete the order.

Q. Is London Bridge Trading Company a 'Berry Amendment' compliant company?
A. Yes, LBT products are 'Berry compliant'. We are 100% made in America. The Berry Amendment (USC, Title 10, Section 2533a), requires the Department of Defense to give preference in procurement to domestically produced, manufactured, or home grown products, most notably food, clothing, fabrics, and specialty metals. More information on the Berry Amendment can be found here. For certain non-US military customers who are value conscious, we offer products manufactured outside of the USA under the LBT-G brand name.

Q. Does LBT ship worldwide?
A. Yes. We ship FedEx, UPS, APO, and United States Postal Service.

Q. Will you make repairs to your products if needed?
A. Yes. At LBT we stand behind our products. Please read our Product Guarantee for more information.

Q. How long will I have to wait to receive an item with "Backorder" status?
A. Backordered item availability can vary significantly from product to product. Many factors influence completion dates and availability of our products including OPTEMPO, deployment dates, service requirements, component availability, and custom hardware. If a backordered item is ordered you will be contacted with an estimated completion date. If you'd like to contact us prior to ordering to find out the estimated availability, please do so.

Q. Does the price per item vary depending on quantity ordered?
A. Yes, bulk orders reduce the price per item. Call for pricing.

Q. Do you offer discounts?
A. Yes, we offer discounts for military and local law enforcement, fire and EMS personnel. When you purchase a product at our online store, be sure to register using your military/government email address so our sales staff can verify your eligibility. Once your account has been reviewed and verified you will automatically receive the appropriate discount on future orders.

Q. Do you have commercial credit availability?
A. Yes we do. Download our commercial credit application here and then fax or mail it to us.

Q. Where can I find the measurements for your products?
A. Most items at our online store have measurements included in the information provided. If you can't find the product you're looking for on our site, please contact us.

Q. Do any of your products have national stock numbers?
A. Yes, some of them do. For products included on our website, the national stock number will be listed along with the other information about that item.

Q. Are your products sold with any contents?
A. No. For instance, our medical bags are not stocked with any of the supplies which may be shown in the pictures you see on our website.

Q. What colors are available for your products?
A. Most products are manufactured in one or more of these fabric colors. This does not apply to waterproof bags and some other products. If you don't see a particular item offered in a color you need, then it's not typically available in that color. If you need something in a particular color that's not offered, please contact a salesperson for availability information; depending on the size of the order items may sometimes be made in non-standard colors.

Q. Do you sell children's sizes?
A. No, our products are only available in adult sizes.

Q. Do you sell any weapons?
A. We do carry a limited selection of knives in our Virginia Beach showroom, but we do not carry any additional weapons.

Q. Do you carry any police supplies?
A. We carry a small selection of handcuffs, keys, and batons in our Virginia Beach showroom.
